For the purpose of processing messages and requests and fulfilling them, SC VERBAVOLANT S.R.L. collects clients’ personal data, namely name, phone number, and email address, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
We process names, email addresses, and phone numbers for communication with you in order to execute contractual obligations and to respond to requests/messages submitted via the website.
All such data will be retained for the period required by financial-accounting and tax recordkeeping imposed by applicable legislation, but no longer than 5 years.
We do not use personal data for automated processing or for profiling. We never make automated decisions regarding you. We use technical means for storing data under secure conditions. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected.
We strictly observe and ensure the confidentiality of processed data. We disclose data only for the fulfillment of your interests or for the performance of legal obligations. Confidentiality is an essential value for us.

In order to place a request, the client shall provide the data and information required in the online message form, in the order form, or by phone. Refusal to provide the requested information prevents the seller from recording and fulfilling the placed order.
The owner, as well as the operator of this website, shall not be held liable for clients’ errors in entering these data or for any false data provided by them. The client is obligated to provide accurate and truthful data, bearing full responsibility for the incorrectness of the information transmitted to the seller.

Clients also have the right to rectification, modification, and updating of the processed data. You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

You withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
The personal data have been unlawfully processed;
The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union law or the laws of Romania;
In cases where we have communicated your data to courier companies or other partners, and you request their erasure, we will take all reasonable steps to inform the partners processing the data that you have requested the erasure of any links to, or copies or replications of, those personal data.
Data will not be erased if:
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union law or Romanian law, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
For reasons of public interest in the area of public health;
Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
You contest the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Where processing has been restricted under the above cases, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or the Romanian State.
If you have obtained restriction of processing, you shall be informed by us before the restriction of processing is lifted.
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, directly where technically feasible. Exercising this right shall not affect your right to erasure.
Every client also has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Your data will not be transferred to another country.
By completing the data in the message submission forms, you, the user/buyer, expressly declare and agree that your personal data will be included in the database of https://verbatranslations.ro/ and you give your express and unequivocal consent that all such personal data be stored, used, and processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed or responding to messages and requests submitted.
The buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Prosecutor’s Office, Police, judicial courts, and other competent authorities, within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
You benefit from the right of access, intervention, rectification, and portability with regard to the data you provide, to restrict processing carried out by us, and even to request the erasure of data. Please note that intervention with respect to the data you have provided may prevent the performance of the contract concluded between you and us. In such cases, we shall be exempt from liability.
If you are dissatisfied, you also have the possibility to file a complaint against us before the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, as well as before the competent courts.
